Are you ready for change?
Hi, I'm Giuliana
I like to describe myself as real, approachable, and non-judgmental. I'm known to those around me as warm, personable, and genuine, which creates this feeling like we've met before.
I became a therapist because my biggest goal is to support people in their healing journey and as a result, live more fully. My journey into this realization started with recognizing I needed support as a collegiate athlete. Through the help of effective and evidence-based therapy, I was able to evolve and thrive again. I believe you are able to experience this from therapy as well.
APPROACHABLE. CONVERSATIONAL. ENCOURAGING.

As a therapist with experience working with mental health medicine integration, you can often find me curious about your more than just your mental health.
Examples of this may look like...
- asking about your sleeping, movement and nutrition habits that may be impacting your lifestyle and mental health
-making self-care a priority and integrating that into your daily life in a way that best suits you
- encouraging collaboration with other medical professionals when necessary
